Building Flavour Workshop
Join Nelda McEwen as she explores the methods for building flavour in your cooking.This method is not limited to Asian or Indian
foods, and will work well with vegetarian or meat based dishes. Often we are challenged to make a meal by adapting to ingredients on
hand. The method of layering flavour in the pot is a wonderful
solution for those times when you can't get out to 'recipe shop'.
In addition, Nelda will also be making two very different styles of winter
salad. You will see how healthy meals can be simple to prepare, as well as
exotically flavourful.
