Nia

Nia is a dynamic and diverse energy experience that increases strength, flexibility, mobility, agility, and stability, as well as self-expression and personal creativity.  Set to great music,  Nia is fitness with self-expression that is easy to learn.

Nia integrates movements and philosophies from nine different movement forms:  three martial arts (t'ai chi, tae kwon do, and aikido), three forms of dance (jazz, modern dance, and Duncan Dance), and three types of healing arts (yoga, Alexander Technique, and the teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais).
