Inspired by dance, rhythm and expressional movement, it was natural for Yoga Instructor Kyla Illingworth to immerse herself in yoga. Evocative, intense and graceful, the synchronized system of the Ashtanga style of yoga has had a profound effect on her life.

Kyla is a certified yoga instructor who also studies bodywork therapies, Indian head massage, Reiki, and Ayurvedic treatments.
